they don't count. Remember, in the episode The Origin of Croker, Croker was never a sour puss that gives out Fs. He had fairies because he had a neglectful Mom and a bad babysister Nick. Crocker and Timmy just had/have neglectful childhoods. Which results in a responce for magical guidance. Cosmo like an idiot exposed himself and Jorgan stipped him of his fairies because you cant expose fairies to Earthlings. Afterwards before Jorgan and Co. tries to erase his memory, Crocker writes on his fairy tracking Device that they exist because he has Cosmo's hair strand via DNA. I dont know about those other guys. Remmy had Wandisimo why? Answer: Rich neglectful parents. Make sense.
